Payment Info :

1. We are not accept Credit Card.
2. Payment through Paypal available upon request for overseas transaction below/equal USD 1000 to avoid correspondence charges.
3. 50% down payment, 50% prior shipment/delivery for all made to order item (furniture, handicraft, etc).
4. Other payment term is acceptable upon contract agreement. E.g. projects building, refurbishment will apply different payment term based on the work progress done.
5. Full payment for all stock item.
